Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery (United States):

  • Economy Shipping: $5.00

    • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order has been shipped.

    • Carrier: USPS

  • For Non-Continental U.S. States and Territories (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico):

    • Estimated Delivery: Up to 26 business days after your order has been shipped.

    • Note: Shipping times may vary for these regions due to logistical factors.

Shipping Carrier Liability: All shipments include $100 carrier liability for loss or damage during transit. For claims exceeding this amount or for additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Cutesy Coded LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We can provide any necessary order information to assist you with your claim.

 

Return Policy

 

Important Note on Digital Products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Physical Product Returns (If Applicable): If you are not entirely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Digital Products (as stated above)

    • Items marked as "Final Sale"

    • Items purchased during a clearance event or discounted by 50% or more.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, securely package your item(s) along with your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip).

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • For exchanges, the new item will be shipped after the return is processed.
